Vanguard SEO work with several local companies together to produce usability studies on your site and give direct advice which can improve conversion rates very quickly.
We are very flexible with our testing and can do something to match almost any budget; from an expert review, with a recommendations document; to a full 3 day eye tracking study (which you are more than welcome to come and watch).
The eyetracking study not only includes a paper report and recommendations document, but we record each of the testers actions in several angles. We embed all these on a DVD which will be sent out shortly after the testing.
